Design and lead testing strategies for complex application solutions and cross-system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies and plans that account for cross-system impacts and application risk.
• Lead collaboration with Development, Support, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Partners to align testing with functional requirements.
• Identify test environment and data requirements while providing risk mitigation plans.
• Drive process improvements to enhance application quality and ensure test deliverables are scalable and reusable.
• Mentor technical teams and provide QA estimates for new technology applications and maintenance efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in senior IT quality assurance roles.
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Cases, and Software Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Manual Testing, Regression Testing, and Mobile Testing.
• Proven ability in Bug Tracking and Adjudication testing.
• Experience with pharmacy insurance adjudication systems.
• Familiarity with the Ontario Ministry of Health’s Drug Benefits Program, including patient onboarding and paper claims.
• Experience working with HPE NonStop systems.

• Ability to work across multiple technology components to ensure consistency and efficiency.
