Description

You will manage end-to-end testing documentation, execution, and defect management for projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create testing documentation, including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Summary Memos, using established templates.
• Execute Test Plans and Test Cases across all testing phases to ensure quality standards.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, tracking, resolution, and vendor coordination.
• Facilitate daily defect triage meetings and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts with division staff.

Required Skills

• 8 years of manual testing experience, including System Testing, System Integration Testing, and UAT.
• 5 years of experience writing test plans, test cases, and related documentation.
• 5 years of experience facilitating and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
• 5 years of experience using Jira or other defect management tools like Octane.
• 5 years of experience with Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail for test management.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience writing automated test scripts.
• 1 year of experience using Selenium or other automated testing tools.
