Description

You will lead quality assurance activities, investigating complaints and maintaining test scripts for manual and automated processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality complaints, track components, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Prepare UAT test cases aligned with business requirements and conduct stakeholder walkthroughs.
• Track execution, provide reporting, and log defects using Jira.
• Support the development team in dev, test, and UAT environments by troubleshooting defects.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience writing and executing test cases and creating test plans.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and management using Jira.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), usability concepts, and requirements traceability.
• Experience working with a scrum team in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of SQL query writing to perform CRUD operations.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman, SoapUI, JMETER, or similar tools.
• Experience with QA automation testing and scripting using UFT.
• Knowledge of Xray Test Case management tool.
• Experience with various testing types: unit, integration, regression, smoke, UAT, system, stress, and performance.
