QA Associate/Analyst

QA Associate/Analyst responsible for software quality assurance and test execution in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test cases for integration, data conversion, and system testing.
• Create, maintain, and upgrade manual test scripts.
• Review, analyze, and execute manual test cases within HP ALM.
• Identify, create, maintain, and track application defects using HP ALM.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to interpret business processes and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• Proficiency in integration, data conversion, and system testing.
• Hands-on experience using HP ALM for test case and defect management.
• Experience with manual test execution, analysis, and review.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with the complete MS Office suite.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
