Description

You will manage end-to-end testing processes and defect lifecycles for various projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create testing documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Summary Memos using established templates.
• Execute Test Plans and Test Cases through all testing phases.
• Manage the defect management process, including identification, replication, tracking, and resolution.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by providing guidance and support to division staff.
• Facilitate daily defect triage meetings and serve as the primary testing point of contact for vendors.

Required Skills

• 8 years of manual testing experience.
• Expertise in System Testing, System Integration Testing, and UAT.
• 5 years of experience writing test plans, test cases, and related documentation.
• 5 years of experience facilitating and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
• 5 years of experience using Jira or other defect management tools like Octane.
• 5 years of experience using Xray or other test management tools such as Zephyr or TestRail.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience writing automated test scripts.
• 1 year of experience using Selenium or other automated testing tools.
