Description

You will manage end-to-end testing processes, documentation, and defect lifecycles for various projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create testing documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Summary Memos using established templates.
• Execute Test Plans and Test Cases through all phases of the testing lifecycle.
• Manage the defect management process by identifying, tracking, and resolving issues within Jira or similar tools.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts by providing guidance and support to division staff.
• Facilitate daily defect triage meetings to monitor, replicate, and communicate defects to vendors.

Required Skills

• 8 years of manual testing experience, including System Testing, System Integration Testing, and UAT.
• 5 years of experience writing test plans, test cases, and related testing documentation.
• 5 years of experience facilitating and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 5 years of experience using Jira or other defect management tools like Octane.
• 5 years of experience with Xray or other test management tools such as Zephyr or TestRail.
• Proficiency in defect management and lifecycle tracking.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience writing automated test scripts.
• 1 year of experience using Selenium or other automated testing tools.
