Description

Own the automated testing lifecycle for business process changes across Appian, LiquidOffice, and vendor platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber, and existing frameworks.
• Create comprehensive test plans and cases based on user story acceptance criteria, accounting for scope and risk.
• Execute automated and manual tests, including scheduled runs, to monitor process quality.
• Analyze test results to identify root causes of deficiencies and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain automation scripts for Appian, LiquidOffice BPMS, and other vendor platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, process analysis, or software development.
• Proficient in Java and Python programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium Web Driver for automated testing.
• Familiarity with Cucumber and Locust testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of database architecture and proficiency with SQL.
• Experience with load and performance testing.
• Ability to explain technical aspects to stakeholders with varying levels of knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API testing and/or development.
• Background in diversified financial services.
