Description

You will lead end-to-end QA efforts across insurance projects, defining test strategies and managing team delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Manage and mentor QA team members, assigning tasks and ensuring quality delivery.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to develop and maintain test automation suites for APIs, UI, and back-end systems.
• Drive defect triage meetings and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
• Advocate for shift-left testing, continuous integration, and continuous testing practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of QA/testing experience, with at least 2+ years in a QA Architect role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing practices, including Test Cases and Test Plans.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, or ALM.
• Exposure to Accel Q, Ready API, and Swaggerhub.
• Familiarity with insurance domain processes (Life, Health, or P&C).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C-based testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Performance Testing.
