Description

Lead testing strategy and automation architecture for complex client projects, owning the full QE lifecycle from inception to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall QE and testing strategies, including automation and performance testing.
• Lead full QE teams through all project lifecycle phases and manage resourcing plans.
• Design test reporting and metrics tailored to specific project requirements.
• Establish, interpret, and execute software quality assurance procedures.
• Mentor junior analysts and testers while defining QE organization best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional coding experience in Java and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of UI test automation experience using Selenium, Protractor, or Watir.
• Extensive experience in all software testing lifecycle phases from inception to deployment.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery leadership.
• Technical experience in Unit testing, Integration testing, API testing, and DevOps.
• Experience with Postman, SoapUI, QC, and Jira.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as TestRail or HP ALM.
• Experience consulting with senior-level stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce, API, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certifications.
• Project management or Scrum Master certifications.
