Description

Lead testing strategies for medium to large-scale client projects, defining QE standards across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QE testing strategies, automation frameworks, and performance testing plans.
• Manage full QE teams through all project phases, including resource planning and mentoring junior analysts.
• Design automated solutions to expedite testing and select appropriate toolsets for project management.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to report on metrics and assess solution risks.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve software issues and identify requirement ambiguities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional coding experience in Java and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of UI test automation experience using Selenium, Protractor, or Watir.
• Extensive experience in API testing using Postman or SoapUI.
• Proven track record in test strategy, planning, case design, and execution.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or HP ALM.
• Technical expertise in Unit testing, Integration testing, and DevOps.
• Experience in consulting or managing relationships with Director and C-level clients.

Preferred Skills

• SOAP UI, API, Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certifications.
• Project management or Scrum Master certifications.
