Description

You will lead end-to-end QA efforts across insurance projects, defining test strategies and mentoring the team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define necessary test coverage.
• Manage and mentor QA team members, assigning tasks and ensuring quality delivery.
• Set up and maintain test environments and data for insurance platforms.
• Advocate for shift-left testing, CI, and continuous testing practices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of QA/testing experience, including 2+ years in a QA Architect role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong domain experience in insurance (Life, Health, or P&C) and its business processes.
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing practices.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools like Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or ALM.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
