Description

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks for trading systems, reporting tools, and financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for trading systems and financial applications.
• Implement automated testing solutions for functional, regression, performance, and API testing of trading platforms.
• Validate data integrity, calculations, and analytics within financial systems through automation.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid deployment cycles.
• Produce detailed reports on automation testing results, defect metrics, and system quality status.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in QA automation within financial trading environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks/tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, RestAssured.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL databases, and data validation techniques.
• Knowledge of trading platforms and financial instruments (equities, derivatives, FX, fixed income).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with financial regulatory standards like MiFID or Dodd-Frank.
