Description
You will manage end-to-end testing for Salesforce CRM applications within an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare test cases directly from user stories and execute them using test case management tools.
- Perform test configurations on the SFDC platform including Roles, profiles, permission sets, Groups, OWD, Triggers, Execution batches, and visual force pages.
- Manage the defect lifecycle by following up with developers to prioritize and close issues.
- Handle data import and export tasks using Data Loader or Workbench.
- Report testing status to the Team Lead and communicate process deviations immediately.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in QA with a strong understanding of the full QA process.
- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications, specifically Sales, Service, or Marketing clouds.
- Proficiency in writing SOQL queries.
- Experience with API testing using Postman.
- Strong manual QA skills and knowledge of the defect lifecycle.
- Experience working in an offshore/onsite model.
- Ability to support teams during PST time zones.
- Bachelor's degree in business analysis, process analysis, organizational development, or a related discipline.
- Sfdc Admin and OWD knowledge.
Preferred Skills
- SFDC Admin certification.
