Description

You will own the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks for modern web applications, focusing on high test reliability and measurable quality improvements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation frameworks from the ground up using modern tools like Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Lead technical initiatives for browser automation and validate systems backed by Java, Scala, and PostgreSQL.
• Implement containerization strategies using Docker to streamline testing environments.
• Integrate test reporting tools to provide clear visibility into test coverage and results.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in QA automation.
• 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Expert proficiency with modern web automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Strong experience with Java and Scala for backend system validation.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Current Wisconsin resident; no relocation allowed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Knowledge of advanced test reporting tools.
