Description

You will own the automation and quality validation of banking and contact center applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Automate functional testing across Web, Mobile, and IVR interfaces using Selenium, Java, or Python.
• Develop and execute API tests utilizing tools like Rest Assured and Postman.
• Validate end-to-end workflows for digital banking and contact center operations.
• Trace defects across integrated systems, leveraging strong analytical skills.
• Manage testing artifacts and workflows within Agile/Scrum environments, using tools like JIRA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for test scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for functional automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Git, Bitbucket, Gradle, and Maven.
• Knowledge of API testing using Rest Assured or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in defect tracking using JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of digital banking workflows and contact center operations.
• Any Graduate education.
