Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows to ensure scalability and reliability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve developer velocity and code quality.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of system processes to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or equivalent role.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in LMS development.
• 4 years of experience using Articulate.
• 4 years of experience in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
• Proficiency with C#, Java, Python, SQL, Jira, SoapUI, UFT, Test Cases, Test Plans, and JMeter.
• Strong understanding of process automation, workflow design, exception handling, and error management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development.
• Experience with UI frameworks such as MAUI, WinUI, or ReactJS.
