Description

Lead complex software feature testing within the Agile lifecycle to ensure quality standards and define done criteria.

Responsibilities

• Implement tests and metrics to validate software requirements and drive quality best practices.
• Mentor and coach engineers during design reviews to strengthen automated regression suites.
• Analyze software requirements to shape actionable testing and automation strategies.
• Improve platform stability and deployment speed by optimizing test coverage.
• Document and communicate testing progress effectively to peers and management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience or a Master's degree with 4 years of experience.
• Advanced experience in software testing within Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps environments.
• Hands-on development experience in back-end object-oriented programming, specifically C#.
• Proficiency with QE testing tools including cross-browser and cloud platforms like Selenium and LambdaTest.
• API testing experience using Postman or Playwright.
• Experience with event processing mechanisms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
