Description

You will own the quality assurance process for complex functional domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated frameworks and test scripts.
• Create test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Log defects and track resolution using IES Defect Management processes.
• Coordinate performance and security testing activities.
• Report project progress, risks, and lessons learned to management.

Required Skills

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Tester.
• 4 to 7 years managing testing across multiple high-profile projects in a matrix organization.
• 4 to 7 years presenting and reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Experience with automated testing using Selenium or Katalon Studio.
• 4 to 7 years using Jira, Xray Test Management, or similar test management tools.
• 4 to 7 years of work experience developing test plans and tracking defects.
• 4 to 7 years experience in Java scripting or related programming languages for automation.

Preferred Skills

• 3 to 5 years creating reports and dashboards for test metrics using Jira.
• More than 2 years in quality assurance for Child Support applications.
