Description

Own the end-to-end quality strategy for web, mobile, and API applications within an Agile environment. You will design automation frameworks, execute test cases, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Implement testing strategies and automation frameworks to ensure end-to-end product quality.
• Mentor QA team members, providing technical guidance and enforcing best practices.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to align testing efforts with project requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives while driving process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium for UI automation.
• Experience with API testing using Rest Assured and Postman.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git and Jenkins.
• Understanding of financials and securities trading instruments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud testing platforms like Perfecto or SauceLabs.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
