Description

You will design, develop, and execute test cases for API services while maintaining automation frameworks. Your work ensures quality delivery through rigorous functional, integration, and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Rest Assured for REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform API validation, testing, and automation collection using Postman.
• Analyze application logs and monitor performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Harness and Maven.
• Track defects in JIRA and collaborate with developers and DevOps on quality improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API testing (REST & SOAP).
• Proficiency in Rest Assured for Java-based test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API validation and collections.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Harness.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools: Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Strong understanding of build tools like Maven and version control with Git.
• Experience with defect tracking in JIRA and IDEs such as IntelliJ or Visual Studio.
• Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC methodologies.
