Description

Own the end-to-end quality strategy for web, mobile, and API applications within an Agile environment.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API applications. Implement testing strategies and automation frameworks to ensure end-to-end product quality. Mentor QA team members, providing technical guidance and enforcing best practices. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to align testing efforts with project requirements. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate product quality.
• Mentor QA team members and enforce technical best practices.
• Coordinate testing efforts with onshore and offshore teams.
• Drive process improvements through active participation in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Selenium for UI automation.
• Experience with API testing using Rest Assured and Postman.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git and Jenkins.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud testing platforms like Perfecto or SauceLabs.
• Understanding of financials and securities trading instruments.
