Description

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for production systems, focusing on automation, performance, and functional validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and execute test plans and scripts for unit, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Design and execute load and stress tests to identify technical failure points and system bottlenecks.
• Write and edit detailed test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Document test status, outcomes, and metrics while recording bugs using automated tracking tools.
• Apply information security best practices during testing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance processes across the full software lifecycle.
• Proficiency in SQL for creating queries.
• Experience with HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) or Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
• Proficiency in VB scripting languages.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent related experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance testing using HP LoadRunner.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HRM, Benefits Administration, and Financials.
• QA certifications such as SQA or CSQA.
