Description

You will ensure the quality of Mainframe healthcare applications through comprehensive testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on Mainframe healthcare applications.
• Analyze healthcare business requirements and translate them into test cases and scenarios.
• Execute functional, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate batch processing, online transactions, and data feeds, including claims, eligibility, and enrollment data.
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution while validating HIPAA-compliant data handling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Mainframe QA/Testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, and CICS.
• Proficiency with DB2 and strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience in the Healthcare domain (Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Provider, Member systems).
• Experience with batch and online testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Experience working within Agile or Waterfall environments.
