Description

You will build automation workflows from scratch, primarily using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. You are responsible for transitioning existing UiPath processes to Power Automate and documenting every step clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automation solutions for compensation reporting, including data import and processing.
• Develop and maintain automations for ten key processes, such as timesheet reminders.
• Document technical workflows and process logic to ensure maintainability.
• Migrate legacy UiPath bots to Microsoft Power Automate environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building automations from scratch.
• Proficiency in UiPath for legacy bot maintenance and migration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate for new development.
• Ability to provide clear examples of completed automation projects.
• Competence in documenting technical processes and workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with compensation or payroll data structures.
