Description

You own the quality assurance lifecycle for Pega-based applications, ensuring robust testing across the full stack and resolving critical production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose root causes of critical production issues to implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with support, development, and business teams to resolve customer-facing issues.
• Provide technical expertise and tools to operations and development teams for system maintenance.
• Participate in all software development phases including design, configuration, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Analyze complex system architectures and ramp up quickly on new features.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Pega testing.
• Proficiency with Java, SQL, and Postman.
• Experience testing REST APIs, SOAP Services, and HTML5.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Ajax.
• Knowledge of Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, and PRPC Security.
• Experience with Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and Reports.
• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of software development experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PRPC testing.
• Experience using Selenium Grid, Sauce Labs, or LaunchDarkly.
