Description

You will design and execute automated test suites for TxDOT systems, ensuring quality through rigorous testing protocols.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Determine test scenario priorities and create execution plans to implement them.
• Design documentation for automated testing processes and workflows.
• Write automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Plan and accomplish complex testing goals independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Experience with manual testing phases including System Testing, System Integration Testing, and UAT.
• Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, and comprehensive testing documentation.
• Familiarity with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience using test management tools like Zephyr or TestRail.
• Ability to plan and accomplish complicated tasks using sound judgment.
