Description

Lead the testing strategy and coordinate QA efforts to ensure full coverage across functional, performance, and chaos testing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall test strategy and coordinate QA engineers to ensure requirement traceability.
• Manage test planning within sprints and produce metrics to determine release readiness.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development leads.
• Oversee advanced testing scenarios, including load, chaos, and failover testing.
• Mentor QA engineers and communicate test results, bug trends, and release gating status to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and risk-based testing.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter or Locust for performance testing.
• Knowledge of chaos testing using tools like Azure Chaos Studio.
• Experience with CI/CD integration.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps Test Plans or similar test management tools.
• Ability to report on test coverage, bug trends, and release gating metrics.

• Any Graduate degree.
