Description

You will build and maintain the automation layer for applications, owning the test framework, execution, and CI/CD integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Develop and execute automated tests using Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Integrate automated testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Perform API testing and validate backend services, including Kafka messaging and streaming applications.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and partner with engineering to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and test automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Expertise in Playwright using TypeScript/JavaScript for end-to-end testing.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Expertise in API testing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of Kafka for messaging and streaming applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance testing tools and strategies.
