Description

You will own the test automation and quality assurance for front office trading applications in a financial services environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for trading platforms and order management systems.
• Validate functionality across market data feeds, ensuring stability and accuracy of critical systems.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and partner with development teams to resolve issues.
• Document test plans, data, and results for audit and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with front office stakeholders to prioritize testing needs and align with business workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium and TestNG.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python (required).
• Experience with Java or JavaScript is advantageous.
• Deep domain knowledge in fixed income trading workflows and instruments.
• Proven experience working in front office trading environments.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with market data systems and trading-facing technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for bridging business and technical teams.
