Description

Lead testing efforts using manual and automated approaches to ensure software quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to prepare comprehensive test plans and testing requirements.
• Execute sanity, functional, and regression testing while producing consolidated reports and release sign-off documentation.
• Review test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure coverage.
• Manage the bug life cycle by reporting, prioritizing, and representing issues during release sign-offs.
• Participate in requirements grooming, Scrum ceremonies, business reviews, and release cut-over calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in testing roles.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Java for automation.
• Experience with Manual Testing and API Testing.
• Strong understanding of the Bug Life Cycle.
• Ability to handle projects independently.
• Capacity to support CST hours.
• Any Graduate degree.
