Description

You will own the automation strategy, ensuring software quality through rigorous testing throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.
• Integrate automated testing into the continuous integration pipeline alongside developers.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Execute test scripts across various development phases and manage bug fixing workflows.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and process reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a QA automation engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with Java and VBScript for automation.
• Experience working with automation systems and databases.
• Knowledge of version control, release management, and change management.
• Proven ability to work within an offshore/onshore delivery model.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills for test protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
