Description

You will build and maintain automation frameworks for Contact Center applications.

You will own the release pipeline for testing Voice Contact Center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Cyara.
• Design and develop scalable, cross-platform automation test frameworks.
• Plan test strategies, create test cases, and perform manual and automated testing.
• Analyze and validate defect leakages to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with project teams, Dev Leads, and Technical Managers to align with architecture and business requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software or computer engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cyara automation tool.
• Proven experience in technical testing for Voice Contact Center technologies (Voice, IVR, Call Routing, CTI, Agent Desktop).
• Experience with Genesys Contact Center technology.
• Strong background in automation testing.
• Ability to communicate project activities to QA Leads and Technical Managers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
