Description

Execute automated testing for IVR and contact center systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute automated test suites for IVR environments.
• Validate Amazon Connect integrations and workflows.
• Utilize Cyara to ensure telephony and voice quality.
• Develop test scripts using Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Perform testing within the QTest framework.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.
• Proficiency with Cyara for voice testing.
• Direct experience in IVR testing.
• Practical knowledge of QTest.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with contact center telephony systems.
• Knowledge of voice quality metrics and standards.
