Description

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Playwright. • Develop reusable and maintainable automated test scripts for web-based applications. • Build and maintain automation frameworks using Page Object Model (POM), data-driven, modular, or hybrid framework approaches. • Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing. • Develop automated tests for modern web applications using Playwright. • Support existing Selenium/Java automation suites while contributing to modernization and migration initiatives. • Automate REST API testing using tools/frameworks such as REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent technologies. • Write and maintain SQL queries for backend/database validation. • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Analyze automation failures, identify root causes, and differentiate between application defects, environment issues, and automation-script failures. • Work closely with development teams to identify defects early in the software development lifecycle. • Identify opportunities to improve test execution speed, stability, coverage, and maintainability
