Description

You will design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure software quality from sprint planning through defect resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects and bugs.
• Execute and document all test cases according to best practices and standards.
• Analyze and report on test results to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives within Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation (or 2+ years with a Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools: Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Experience testing APIs, databases, and backend systems.
• Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Juno Beach, FL.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in software test engineering including mentoring roles (or 10+ years without a degree).
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
