8+ year’s with 4+ years as QA project lead
Education: Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field
·        Programming: Java / Spring Boot / Python / JavaScript
·        Database: Strong knowledge of any relational DB
·        Automation Tools: Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress
·        API Testing: Postman, RestAssured, or similar
·        CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent
·        Automation Frameworks: Design & management experience
·        Performance Testing: Experience with load/performance tools
·        Test Strategy & Planning: End-to-end test coverage and quality gates
·        Defect Tracking: Clear analysis and reporting
·        Agile/Scrum: Experience working in Agile teams
·        Mentorship: Leading QA teams and coaching
·        Quality Risk Management: Planning & execution
·        Communication: Strong verbal and written skills
