Description

Lead the design and delivery of automation testing strategies for critical projects while mentoring the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks, harnesses, and code libraries for multi-project use.
• Define comprehensive testing scenarios and data variations for Web Applications and APIs.
• Manage end-to-end application quality by developing robust end-to-end test approaches.
• Identify and improve existing automation tools and technologies within the team.
• Mentor and lead the Test Automation Engineer team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience integrating automation testing into CI/CD pipelines within DevOps environments.
• Proficiency with SQL and deep understanding of object-oriented design techniques.
• Experience with GIT and other SCM tools for version control.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies using JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience testing cross-browser software (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE) and headless browsers like PhantomJs.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
• Experience using AWS to scale automation testing infrastructure on demand.
