Job Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain robust UI, API, and database automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Python, PyTest, and TypeScript.
Create and execute end-to-end automated test scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional, integration, regression, and business-critical workflows.
Build and integrate automated testing solutions into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and GitLab.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and stabilize flaky tests while optimizing test execution through parallel processing, synchronization strategies, and reusable automation components.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps teams to define quality standards, validate requirements, and ensure release readiness.
Drive quality engineering best practices by performing root cause analysis, API validation, dynamic data testing, framework enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the SDLC.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering, with expertise in enterprise-scale automation solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Python, PyTest, TypeScript, API automation, database testing, and automation framework architecture.
Proven expertise in CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab), end-to-end workflow automation, parallel test execution, test framework scalability, release readiness, and advanced debugging/troubleshooting of complex applications
