Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, database, and end-to-end testing using Playwright, Python, and TypeScript.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute, and optimize automated test suites to support functional, integration, regression, and progression testing across complex applications.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab to enable continuous quality validation.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and stabilize flaky tests by implementing synchronization strategies, dynamic data handling, retries, and parallel test execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business requirements.
• Drive quality engineering best practices, including root cause analysis, release readiness validation, and improving framework scalability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, Python, and/or TypeScript.
• Proven experience with UI, API, and database automation.
• Experience designing scalable test automation frameworks.
• Proven experience with CI/CD integration and parallel test execution.
• Experience stabilizing flaky tests and end-to-end workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
