Description

You will design, develop, and execute automated tests to validate code and system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and execute detailed test plans for system functionality.
• Develop custom scripts or use open-source tools to automate back-end and front-end GUI tests.
• Troubleshoot UI, application, backend system, and database issues.
• Participate in project reviews and report critical failures or missed milestones.
• Track and report issues using bug-tracking software.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in QA automation.
• 2+ years of Python experience.
• 2+ years of Java experience.
• 2+ years of Linux experience.
• 2+ years of PowerShell experience.
• Working knowledge of GitHub.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Ability to work partial US hours (2:30 pm - 11:30 pm IST).
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant engineering field.
• Python shell scripting and MySQL database knowledge.
• Experience creating and maintaining test automation tools.
