Description

Develop and maintain automation test suites for Android mobile applications, managing physical and virtual devices to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks for Android platforms using Python.
• Integrate automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous verification.
• Utilize debugging tools and ADB to troubleshoot mobile OS issues and device failures.
• Manage device farms and physical devices to guarantee broad testing coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing, specifically for mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and framework development.
• Hands-on experience with Appium or Espresso for Android UI automation.
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit test execution frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration.
• Experience using ADB for Android debugging and device management.
• Familiarity with device farms such as SauceLabs or BrowserStack.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integration practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Device Farm.
