Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Mainframe applications.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Validate Mainframe batch and online applications using DB2/SQL queries, JCL batch job testing, and CICS transaction testing.
• Perform backend data validation and verify job outcomes.
• Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues.
• Support automation execution and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Experience Required:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Mainframe application testing and test automation.
• Strong experience in Mainframe testing using COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and DB2.
• Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with DB2 and SQL queries for backend validation.
• Experience in test automation framework development and execution.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline integration for automation testing.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, BCA, M.B.A., MCA, B.Com.
