Description

Own the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks for web, API, and backend applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain UI automation using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and TestNG.
• Execute API and web services testing with Rest Assured, Postman, SoapUI, and ReadyAPI.
• Implement BDD automation frameworks using Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Validate Kafka topics, event streams, and consumer processing in distributed systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Docker.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid for parallel cross-browser testing.
• Expertise in API testing tools: Rest Assured, Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, and JMeter.
• Experience with BDD frameworks: Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Knowledge of Kafka event stream validation and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Maven, Git, Docker, Bamboo, and Stash.
• Understanding of NoSQL databases (Couchbase) and AWS cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Background in enterprise-scale distributed systems testing.
