Description

You will own quality assurance for imaging and video capture technologies through automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python or other scripting languages.
• Execute functional, regression, and performance tests for video and camera systems.
• Debug and analyze test failures, logs, and bugs across hardware and software layers.
• Contribute to test framework enhancements and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Generate detailed test reports and ensure traceability of requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation / SDET roles.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Pytest or Robot Framework.
• Solid understanding of video processing, image quality tuning, and camera system validation.
• Familiarity with embedded systems or mobile platforms (Android, iOS, or SoC-based systems).
• Ability to read and analyze logs from camera/video systems for quality and performance metrics.
• Experience with on-camera testing environments.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to machine vision, computer vision, or image signal processing pipelines.
• Experience working with video codecs, resolution scaling, latency, and tuning tools.
