Description

You own the creation and execution of automated tests for UI and API layers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for UI and API testing.
• Perform functional and regression testing on contact center applications.
• Validate APIs using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Karate.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot defects and maintain test documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing for UI and APIs.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Cucumber frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools: Postman, Rest Assured, and Karate.
• Solid programming skills in Java.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Maven, Git, and Bitbucket for build and version control.
• Strong knowledge of Automation and API Testing principles.
