Description

Lead the migration of the automation framework from JUnit to Playwright and own end-to-end test automation across GUI, API, and data layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate existing regression and performance suites to a modern Playwright framework.
• Execute end-to-end tests across GUI, data, API, and XML/JSON layers.
• Gather and manage test data independently using database queries.
• Troubleshoot application performance issues and assist with tuning.
• Validate web applications and API services within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant automation testing experience.
• Hands-on expertise with the Playwright automation suite.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium, Java, and Gradle.
• Ability to write and execute database queries for test data management.
• Experience testing web applications and API services.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL databases.
• Groovy scripting skills.
• Prior domain experience in eCommerce.
