Description

You will own the test automation strategy and execution for web applications, focusing on Playwright and Selenium frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Selenium.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks for web applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across UI, API, and backend layers.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA and ALM, collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with strong proficiency in Playwright and/or Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Java, or Python for test automation development.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, UAT, and defect management processes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and JMeter.
• Familiarity with BDD tools like Cucumber and test management tools like qTest.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Any Graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior QA engineers and reviewing automation code for quality and standards.
• Knowledge of enterprise frameworks using RestSharp library.
