Description

You will design, develop, and execute scalable, data-driven automation test scripts within a DevOps/Agile Scrum environment. You own the quality assurance lifecycle from script creation to defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reliable automation test scripts and reusable testing user stories.
• Implement, execute, and capture testing results while tracking defects through the SDLC.
• Manage test data, environment configurations, and perform root cause analysis for environment-related defects.
• Coordinate test tool administration, including workflow configuration and user access management.
• Provide daily status metrics on testing progress and ensure report accuracy.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of automation experience in a DevOps/Agile Scrum environment.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium Hub and Grid2 for cross-browser testing.
• Strong knowledge of REST API testing, Web Services, and XML.
• Experience using GitHub, SVN, or other SCM tools for version control.
• Working knowledge of Unix and TestNG.
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence for requirement documentation.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven (TDD) or Behavior-Driven (BDD) design methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience running automation testing within Jenkins Declarative CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing OAuth protected RESTful API endpoints using OpenAPI Spec.
