Description

Own the quality and performance of high-volume, low-latency trading platforms through end-to-end automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber (BDD).
• Perform end-to-end functional, regression, and automation testing for trading platforms.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data and perform back-end testing.
• Ensure test coverage for FIX protocols, order management, and trade execution flows.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7–14 years of software QA/testing experience.
• Recent (1–2 years) hands-on experience in the Trading/Financial Markets domain (brokerage, capital markets).
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber for automation.
• Strong Linux Command Line Interface (CLI) skills for testing, troubleshooting, and deployments.
• Solid RDBMS experience with SQL for data validation.
• Understanding of testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with trading protocols and asset classes (FX, FIX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives).

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing order routing, matching engines, and post-trade processing.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Git.
• Familiarity with performance testing and scripting languages (Python, Shell).
