Description

You will lead the testing team in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java. You are responsible for the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts and scenarios to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
• Monitor testing progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members on testing best practices and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in Java programming for automation purposes.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proven experience creating and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
